Pre-Listing Inspection
Before you attempt to sell your home, it’s a good idea to schedule a Pre-Listing Inspection. We’ll conduct a full evaluation of the property, providing you with a detailed inspection report that will help you learn about the home’s existing condition. This includes information about existing defects that you can choose to have repaired in order to prevent underbidding by prospective buyers.
New Construction Inspection
This inspection service is for clients who are planning to purchase a newly constructed home. On a day prior to the builder’s final walkthrough, we can arrive on-site to perform a comprehensive evaluation of the property’s condition. This way, defects and safety issues can be identified before final closing so that corrective action can be taken.
New Construction Phase Inspections
This inspection service is also intended for new home construction, but the primary difference is that this inspection will be conducted at multiple phases of the construction process. This allows us to diagnose issues with the home’s construction that may be impossible or difficult to identify once the construction process is further along. We can perform the inspection at as many phases as the client would like.
11th Month Warranty Inspection
It’s a great idea to have your home inspected before you’ve owned it for a full year—the time after which most new home warranties expire. We’ll assess the condition of the entire home, potentially revealing repair issues that are covered under your home’s warranty agreement.
Home Maintenance Inspection

We’ll return to the property once the repairs are completed, investigating the condition of the repaired components to ensure that no further action needs to be taken.

Water Testing

For this inspection service, we’ll collect water samples from the property’s tap and well to be sent off for laboratory testing. The samples will be analyzed for evidence of heavy metals, pathogenic bacteria, and other contaminants.
