Mark Fix inspected two houses and a cottage for us. He was punctual and professional. He spent 4 plus hours at each property. Mark was very thorough on all inspections! As he inspected each area of the properties, he would show us any areas that needed repair or might be an issue that needed reporting. Mark’s reports were also extremely thorough. The report is easy to follow and has pictures to help you understand what needs to be repaired. We enjoyed working with Mark and would hire him again in a heartbeat as our inspector!
